A few words about us
Charvi Extrusion, was set up in 1985 as a small scale unit. The foundation stone was laid by Mr Mansukhbhai Mungra. The unit started manufacturing Brass Builders Hardware with a sole motive of creating Valuable Products.
Technological Innovations and Studying of various market treads resulted in to tremendous growth a giant unit. The promoters of unit than moved step by step and started foundry of it’s own later on it also started importing brass scrap from other countries for raw material to improve it’s quality and make it cost effective in nature.
By mid’s 90’s it’s started producing almost three times Compare to initial years and thus resulted into more efficiency and make quality products. The unit started expanding in late 2000 to specialize in other item also. So we started an extrusion unit with all new machinery and monthly capacity of 150 M. T. per month with brand name Charvi Extrusions, manufacturing copper alloys & all brass extrusion products.
We are having the best infrastructure to manufacturer the best quality brass rod and other brass products with great accuracy and on time delivery.
We are into the market for over two decade now, and venture into manufacturing and trading with a workforce of as much as 55 employees, inclusive of high performing Tool Room Operators and learned engineers, digesting the minute details of market fluctuations, to bridge the gap between quality products and competitive prices, to co-exist in the international market with the tag of maintenance and adherence to buyer's specifications. Our tool rooms are well equipped with state-of-art machinery and latest measurement instruments. Our supervisory staff is well trained and qualified to control the quality & workmanship of each process.
Taking into consideration the importance of quality adherence, timely delivery of materials and systematic management, we have registered ourselves to ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System.
